Bose needed to win over Gen Z without alienating its loyal, quality-driven customer base with a culturally relevant and premium new product.
Solution
Built a synthetic ICP using qualitative/quantitative consumer research and identified real Gen Z drivers & pain points to craft a new product concept - then designed the landing page and campaign content to bring the launch to life.
Explored new strategic innovation investment for Frito-Lay's better-for-you portfolio — identifying a whitespace for easy, on-the-go occasions and shaping the product concept from insight through strategy.
Supported foundational operations at The Guild, an early-stage, VC-backed hospitality startup scaling fast across 6 markets, designing the company's first new-hire onboarding experience and standing up recruiting pipelines from entry-level to VP.
